1, process requirements
The coater needs to evenly adhere the glue or ink substance on the surface of aluminum foil, plastic film or cloth textile, and has relatively high requirements on the coating process. It requires not only uniform coating height but also high-speed non-stop roll change to improve production efficiency.
2, program advantages
All levels of tension control are performed by the inverter and tension sensors are used to achieve tension control. The system is simple and stable. Use a PLC or a synchronous controller to control the speed of the drive roller, and at the same time as the line speed signal of other inverters.
S350 closed-loop tension control (sense vector control) easily achieves constant tension during acceleration and deceleration, saves installation of tension roller space, reduces mechanical costs, and high-precision control ensures a highly uniform coating effect.
Duplex retractable reel has pre-driver function, which can meet the need of high-speed non-stop automatic roll change and increase production efficiency. At the same time, accurate winding control can avoid bad heart-type winding, so that the winding effect is better.
