Cutting machine operation precautions
1. Check that the air pressure reaches the normal pressure range (4-6kg/cm2) before cutting.
2. Before using a single-sided knife to cut material, the number of pendulum pendulum angles should be confirmed. The number of pendulum angles should be set to 0°.
3. Cut a roll before cutting to measure the flatness of the product tolerance and whether there is residue in the edge part.
4. Cut 2 rolls of Kapton, 3M1350B, Nitto31C, etc., and observe if there is any breakage.
5. When cutting material, pay attention to the amount of silicone oil (water), and note whether the product has silicon oil that affects the viscosity of the glue and whether there is excessive water on the side of the protective film.
6. When cutting the protective film, do not use a single-sided knife, and the relevant parameters should be adjusted accordingly (master speed: 400rpm, round knife speed 320rpm, contact speed 5mm/s, cutting speed 3mm/s, paper tube speed 2mm/s).
7. To re-commission each tool change: 1 Adjust the contact point of the round knife 2 Adjust the flatness of the round knife (flatness should be controlled within ± 4 °) 3 Adjust the cutting point of the round knife.
8. Products with a cut width of 3mm or less require a single-sided knife change.
9. The default parameters of the cutting machine are forbidden to change without consulting the relevant technical personnel or the supervisor's approval.
