Aluminum foil rewinder circuit troubleshooting
The photoelectric protection function of the first and one aluminum foil rewinding machine failed, and after the emergency treatment, the machine can still work, but because there is no protection test, the operator is worried about personal safety, resulting in low work efficiency. Second, remove the circuit board and carry out visual inspection. It was found that the substrate around the power bridge was discolored, and it was determined that the bridge pile had been burned out and replaced with the bridge stack and power-on test. There was still no response. Measured with a multimeter, the newly replaced bridge pile has also been burned out, thus judging that there is a short circuit portion. Checking the components one by one from the bridge stack, it was found that a three-terminal voltage regulator block (7805) was broken down, bought a component replacement, and the power indicator on the circuit board lighted up after power up.
(1) Minor repairs Carefully check and adjust the bearings, and carefully check the coupling concentricity. Check and slowly adjust the looseness of the anchor bolts. Repair or properly replace defects that have occurred in individual parts during operation.
(2) Overhauling the toilet paper rewinding machine dismantles the rotor and its components and cleans them. Carefully check the condition of all internal parts, measure the degree of wear and erosion, and periodically replace components when necessary.
